Membership Coordinator

Do you have strong communication skills and the drive and confidence to deliver the very best services to our existing and prospective members. Do you have the personal credibility to strengthen IPAF’s reputation across its global reach?

We are now looking for an experienced Membership Coordinator to join our membership and communications team. You will use your experience to coordinate the membership function ensuring that IPAF maintains its world class delivery standard across all its worldwide activities. 

Experience of working in a membership role, the ability to work on your own or as part of a team along with great database management skills are vital for this role. Knowledge of the powered access industry would be an added benefit.

The successful candidate will be based in our modern offices in Cumbria, reporting to our Head of Communications and Membership. Some international travel will be required in the role, so you need to be flexible in your approach to working hours. Ability to speak a second language is an advantage.

Regional Representative South Korea

Are you passionate about safety? IPAF is looking for a talented and experienced representative in South Korea. The position will focus on providing existing members with a local and improved service and promote member recruitment in the region. You will be knowledgeable within the industry, a confident communicator, with an ability to work at both a tactical and strategic level. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, although not essential.

Reporting to the Head of Regional Development, the position is part time (a minimum of 8 days per month) and on a self-employed basis. Salary will be competitive, dependent on qualifications and experience. Monthly out of pocket expenses, mobile/cell phone and motoring expenses incurred while performing your duties as an IPAF regional representative will be reimbursed.

Information Systems Manager

Can you evaluate user needs and system functionality, ensuring that IT facilities meet these needs? Are you able to turn data into information into insight and insight into business decisions? Do you have strong communications skills and the drive and confidence to manage the relationship of IT support specialists as they work with IPAF to deliver outsourced IT projects for us?

If you can answer yes to these questions, then you may be the ideal candidate to work with us. You will use your experience to implement technology improvements and co-ordinate the development of IPAF’s IT applications ensuring that IT facilities meet these needs. The successful applicant will have experience with reporting packages and databases (SQL etc), advanced knowledge and hands on experience in delivering solutions using API as a Service and demonstrable management experience. Previous working knowledge of the responsibilities of a Data Protection Officer and GDPR and knowledge of the powered access industry would be an added benefit.
