HELPDESK SUPPORT

We are now looking for an additional team member to work with us on a permanent, part time basis. Initially the role will be 3 days per week, Monday and Friday are essential, with flexibility around the third day by agreement. 

Based in our offices in Crooklands, the successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for the smooth running of the processing and training centre support for our members. 

You will have recent relevant work experience probably in an administrative or helpdesk support capacity, with a sound working knowledge of Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.  Good organisational and communication skills are essential.  You will be able to support and work effectively with other colleagues and provide excellent customer service to colleagues and members where English may not be their first language.
