I need help with the ePAL app

To get help with the ePAL app, please go to the 'More' section within the app and click on 'Support: Get in touch with IPAF'. The form will allow you to provide all of the necessary information for us to help you.

If you cannot access the app, please raise a support ticket or email support@ipaf-pal.org and including the following information:

• Description of the issue
• Platform (iOS or Android)
• IPAF Licence Number (if known)
• IPAF ID Number (if known, shown at the top of the more section)
• ePAL version (if known, shown at the bottom of the more section under logout)
