New operations lead takes up post at IPAF Benelux

Jur KAMSTEEG

As of 1 January 2017, Jur Kamsteeg, IPAF Benelux Representative, has taken over full responsibility for IPAF’s Benelux region from Operations Manager Hans Aarse.

Jur will continue to develop and support the successful work of the team that was started by Hans more than a decade ago. Additional support to the region will be provided by new team member Corinne Kooijman, who will be based in the Benelux IPAF office. Corinne will provide support for IPAF training centres and membership enquiries, as well as with events and administration.

In his new role as Market Development Support, Hans Aarse will continue to assist IPAF in the development of membership and training in Eastern Europe with the aim of promoting the safe use of powered access equipment in these countries. This new role builds on Hans’s extensive experience in the access industry, and the successful growth he has already helped to establish in the Benelux region.

“Hans Aarse has had great success in growing the Benelux region, and I am sure he will bring his experience and knowledge to support our developing membership in eastern Europe. I am delighted that Jur will continue along with Corinne to provide an excellent service to our Benelux members,” says Tim Whiteman, IPAF CEO & Managing Director.

There are currently around 70 IPAF members in the Benelux region. The team is based in the IPAF Benelux office at Veersedijk 59, 3341 LL, Hendrik Ido Ambacht, NL.
