The PDS this year will take place virtually over Zoom and is aimed at IPAF instructors and IPAF Approved Training Centre staff; all instructors will receive a CPD certificate for attendance.   • In 2023, falls, slips, and trips accounted for 421 of 1,075 construction-related deaths – nearly 39% of all fatalities. Most fatal falls (260) occurred from heights between 6 and 30 feet, with ladders and stairs involved in 109 incidents. These figures emphasise the ongoing need for comprehensive safety training to protect workers in the construction industry.

  • The Working at Height Awards are now open to enter. The awards are free to enter and include categories that cover products, technologies, work processes and programs that enable safe and productive working at height. All shortlisted companies receive two complementary tickets for both the conference and awards.
