IPAF ElevAÇÃO 2026 brings together Brazil’s powered access industry in São Paulo
The 13th edition of IPAF ElevAÇÃO took place on 27 May 2026 at Hotel Terras Altas, in Itapecerica da Serra, São Paulo metropolitan area, bringing together professionals from across Brazil’s powered access industry for a full day of discussions, learning and networking.
Recognised as one of the leading industry events in Brazil, the conference featured presentations from IPAF and industry experts, discussions on safety culture and current legislation, market insights, panel debates and networking opportunities connecting manufacturers, rental companies, service providers, end users and media representatives.
The agenda also included equipment and product exhibition areas, a welcome coffee break, lunch, cocktail reception and closing dinner.
Among the highlights were presentations by Karen Volpato, director of Agente Educa and speaker on leadership, culture and EHS topics, who addressed safety culture in Brazil, and Gianfranco Pampalon, EHS consultant and retired labour inspector from the Ministry of Labour, who shared practical insights on the application of NR-1 within companies.
Paulo Esteves, president of ANALOC and director at Nest Rental, presented an overview of the Brazilian rental market, while Renato Pereira, IPAF Manager for Brazil and the Cone Sul region, shared updates on IPAF’s growth and key figures in Brazil, as well as leading the election of the IPAF Brazilian Council (CBI)
The companies elected to serve on the IPAF Brazilian Council were Genie, Haulotte, JLG, Mills, Solutions Rental, Aura Brasil and Superpower.
Another key moment of the event was the technology panel moderated by Romina Vanzi, IPAF Head of Regional Development, featuring Yuri Caldeira (Solutions Rental), Fabiano Fagá (Terex/Genie) and Marcelo Yamane (Sinoboom). The panel explored how artificial intelligence is being applied to improve powered access safety, as well as increase operational efficiency and productivity across the industry.
The event also included a special recognition moment celebrating the legacy of IPAF ElevAÇÃO. Antonio Barbosa, IPAF Manager, received a trophy presented by IPAF CEO Peter Douglas in recognition of his dedication and passion in creating and developing the event through to its current 13th edition.
IPAF ElevAÇÃO 2026 once again reinforced its position as the leading meeting point for Brazil’s powered access industry, promoting knowledge sharing, networking and strategic discussions for the future of the sector.
