WIPA Milestone in Latin America: First Female Senior Instructors Certified
As part of the ongoing efforts to promote diversity and inclusion within the powered access industry, IPAF is proud to celebrate an important milestone for Latin America and the Women in Powered Access (WiPA) initiative.
For the first time in the region, two women have successfully achieved the prestigious IPAF Senior Instructor certification: Carol Mora from ALO Training SPA in Chile and Melissa de la Cruz from Up Equipment SAS in Colombia.
This achievement represents not only a significant professional accomplishment for Carol and Melissa, but also an important step forward for the industry in Latin America. Their dedication, expertise, and commitment to training excellence serve as an inspiration for other women pursuing careers in powered access.
The WiPA initiative continues to encourage greater participation of women across all sectors of the industry, helping to create a more diverse workforce and stronger leadership for the future. Milestones such as these demonstrate the valuable contributions women are making to the advancement of safety, training, and professional development throughout the powered access community.
Congratulations to Carol and Melissa on this outstanding achievement and for helping pave the way for future generations of women in powered access.
