IPAF suggests that the operator should have the issued card on his/her person at all times when working with MEWPs and the employer should keep the certificate.

IPAF has introduced limited advertising in the ePAL app to help fund ongoing development and new features without charging users directly.

These adverts are provided through Google AdMob and are non-personalised, meaning they do not track your behaviour or create a profile about you. They are displayed based on general factors such as app content and your region.

Some MEWPs are purchased with the anemometer at the point of order as anemometers are not usually fitted as standard by the manufacturer. In addition, an anemometer can be expensive, can be damaged, and requires regular calibration.

To create an IPAF ID account you need to use and validate your email address or mobile number. These details are required on your training assessment booklet, so your licence is linked to your IPAF ID. You will get notified when your licence is ready.
