Become a Mentor - Women in Powered Access

As part of its Women in Powered Access initiative, IPAF has created a mentoring scheme for women in the powered access Industry who are looking for extra support and guidance to sustain and promote their career within.

The scheme will initially be set up with a small number of mentors, and women within the powered access industry will be invited to apply to become a mentees.

We will provide guidelines and resources to mentors and mentees on how the mentoring relationship should work and ask for regular feedback on how the programme is going.
