With two major events lined up for October, IPAF is continuing to drive safety awareness across the Middle East – starting in Doha and then Abu Dhabi.

IPAF will be exhibiting at the Asia International Access Machinery Exhibition (APEX ASIA) from 28-31 October 28-31 2025 at Shanghai New International Expo Centre.

An important Call for Evidence (CfE) has been announced by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) to review the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER) and the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations (PSSR).

IPAF has been working with industry partners to create easy-to-digest guidance and handy checklists on identifying, preventing and reporting plant/equipment hire fraud.

From 13 to 24 October 2025, Damien O’Connor, IPAF’s Irish Country Manager, supported the CIF’s campaign by engaging directly with project teams, MEWP operators and site management across multiple locations.

IPAF North America hosted the Working at Height Conference & Awards on October 15–16, 2025, at the Music City Center in Nashville, Tennessee – bringing together industry leaders from construction, utilities, manufacturing, and equipment rental sectors to share innovations, insights, and best practices for safer and more efficient work at height.

IPAF is set to debut IPAF Elevation India 2025 on 14-15 November 2025, an inaugural two-day event themed around promoting safe working at height in India’s growing powered access sector.
