IPAF Member Survey 2026 Now Live

MEWP by building

IPAF’s 2026 Member Survey is now open, and we invite all members to take part.

Your feedback plays a critical role in shaping the future direction of IPAF. By sharing your views and experiences, you will help guide us to better support members like you with the challenges you are facing.

For every completed survey, IPAF will donate £3 to the Powered Access Industry Trust (PAINT), helping to raise funds for an important cause while we gather insights to drive positive change.

Check your email inbox for the survey link from [email protected] or [email protected]

It should only take around 10 minutes to complete, and your answers are automatically saved so you can take a break and resume where you left off at any time.

Our research partner Research by Design, an independent market research agency, is undertaking this survey on our behalf, ensuring that your responses are entirely confidential.

“This survey is one of the most important ways we listen to our members globally. The insights directly inform our strategy, training, guidance, and the services we provide. Many of the improvements introduced in recent years have come directly from what members told us in previous surveys. I strongly encourage every member to take a few minutes to complete the survey as your voice shapes the future of IPAF.” Peter Douglas, CEO

Since the last membership survey, we have taken forward several improvements directly shaped by your feedback. These include updating the Operator Course, strengthening support for smaller organisations, increased translations of materials, and developing a new training toolkit for the US. As a valued member, your feedback continues to play a vital role in ensuring that membership provides real value in the areas that matter most to you.

Help raise funds for PAINT by completing the survey now!
