IPAF members receive advanced notifications of most sponsorship opportunities offered in conjunction with IPAF events.  There are opportunities to reach your target audience across the industry by sponsoring national, International and regional events, both in digital and face-to-face formats.

IPAF manufacturer, rental and distributor members are also offered opportunities to exhibit machines at trade shows where they and IPAF are both in attendance.

IPAF events such as tradeshows, conferences, seminars and special IPAF member events offer a wide range of business and personal networking opportunities. 

IPAF 2026 International Webinar Series

Companies are invited to sponsor upcoming IPAF webinars, part of the International Series. Eight events are scheduled to take place throughout the year, focusing on safety, training, and best practices. A full list of events, including webinars, is listed at www.ipaf.org/events. 

Sponsorship is available for each webinar:

  • Exclusive Sponsor - £1,800 (only one available)/2100 EUR/ $2340 USD
  • Co-sponsor - £620 (up to three companies)/725 EUR/ $806 USD

Note - prices are exclusive of VAT. 

Sponsorship Includes: 

  • Your company logo will be featured on all webinar-related email communications
  • Your company logo and mentions on IPAF’s social media graphics and promotional posts
  • A 3-minute promotional video featured during the live webinar
  • A thank-you mention from the webinar host during the session
