This webinar, as part of IPAF's Women in Powered Access Initiative, will look at recruiting the next generation.

Ali Moore,
Relationship Therapist & Coach, BeMoore
Ali is an accredited and award-winning Psychotherapist and Coach – specialising in the science of relationship. Following a successful career in the corporate leadership development Ali set up her own private practise and now supports clients in creating healthy relationships with self and others – life and business. She is also the founder of the Bemoore Foundation  - a non for profit organisation providing support to young woman – creating healthy relationships from a young age. Ali is a Fellow and current Chair of the International Association for Experienced Based Psychotherapist and a best-selling author. 
Francesca Marchesini, 
Channel Manager, Kohler Engines 
Francesca joined Kohler Engines in 2018 and she first took on diverse roles within the sales department, before being promoted to the position of Channel Manager in 2021. She is responsible for communicating the value proposition of Kohler engines for the different market segments and specific engine applications, including aerial lifts. She coordinated the development and now oversees the implementation of the Kohler Rental Partner Program, to train the rental mechanics and build stronger relationships with European rental companies.
Charlotte Bennett 
UK & Europe People Director, Sunbelt Rentals UK & Europe  
Charlotte has joined Sunbelt in 2022. She is a bit believer in cultivating early careers. She has gained HR experience across multiple sectors including public, private, retail, logistics, FM, construction, oil and gas and aerospace. Her background is in the full contract lifecycle, from bidding and mobilisation, to delivery and continuous improvement. She has worked in the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.
