The Professional Development Seminar (PDS) is aimed at IPAF-certified instructors to ensure they remain up-to-date with legislation and training, but open to all IPAF members.
Sebbene l'accesso aereo resti uno dei metodi più sicuri per eseguire lavori temporanei in quota, gli incidenti che coinvolgono guasti meccanici o tecnici possono comunque causare gravi infortuni e decessi. IPAF sottolinea che molti di questi incidenti possono essere prevenuti tramite routine di ispezione costanti, una manutenzione corretta e il rispetto delle procedure di sicurezza.
