Executive Assistant to the CEO and SMT

We are now looking for an experienced, organised and professional Executive Assistant to be based full time in our UK office in Cumbria.  You will use your extensive secretarial and administrative experience to support a very busy CEO and senior management team. 

To be credible and effective in this role, you will need an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, have good organisational and communication skills and be able and willing to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.  Knowledge of the powered access industry would be an added benefit, as would the ability to speak a second language.  Most important is previous experience in a similar role.

REGIONAL REPRESENTATIVE SOUTH KOREA

Are you passionate about safety? IPAF is looking for a talented and experienced representative in South Korea. The position will focus on providing existing members with a local and improved service and promote member recruitment in the region. You will be knowledgeable within the industry, a confident communicator, with an ability to work at both a tactical and strategic level. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, although not essential.

Reporting to the Head of Regional Development, the position is part time (a minimum of 8 days per month) and on a self-employed basis.

Salary will be competitive, dependent on qualifications and experience. Monthly out of pocket expenses, mobile/cell phone and motoring expenses incurred while performing your duties as an IPAF regional representative will be reimbursed.

QUALITY & AUDIT ADMINISTRATOR

We are now looking for an experienced administrator to join our expanding audit team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and IT skills, including MS Office Outlook, Word and Excel. The ability to work calmly under pressure, demonstrate excellence in writing and information presentation and have a keen eye for detail are essential. You must be well organised and be able to work with minimum supervision. 

The post is full time and based in our UK office at Moss End near junction 36 of the M6 in Cumbria. The post requires fluency in English and a knowledge of other languages would be an advantage, although not essential.

IPAF AUDITOR (3 POSITIONS: SOUTH EAST ENGLAND, NORTH WEST ENGLAND AND SCOTLAND)

We are now looking for three auditors to join the team to perform audits in the United Kingdom (South East and North West) and Scotland. The successful candidate will join a team responsible for the auditing of IPAF's accredited rental members, training centres and instructors.  You will be an effective communicator with the ability to work independently. Ideally you will have experience in working at height with a bias towards powered access.

This is a self-employed position, the successful candidate will report to the IPAF Quality & Audit Manager. Candidates should ideally have appropriate auditing experience, holding a minimum ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification or the equivalent.  In addition, applications from NEBOSH qualified candidates would be welcomed.  As part of an international organisation the successful candidate will need to be fluent in English. (A knowledge of another language would be an advantage).
