We are now looking for a strong Head of Technical & Safety to ensure that IPAF’s resources and existing structures are best used to constantly raise safety standards in the powered access industry worldwide. Your main focus and responsibility will be to champion safety in the powered access industry.

To do this you will need a thorough understanding of health and safety standards, technical standards, operational matters and an ability to work with highly motivated individuals from the industry. The successful applicant will have commercial and operational awareness gained by working at a senior level in a similar market. You will demonstrate a passion for health and safety and a desire to make a positive impact on the powered access sector.

The successful candidate will be UK based, reporting to the CEO. Some international travel may be required in the role, so you need to be flexible in your approach to working hours. IPAF offers generous employee benefits and the salary for this senior role will be commensurate with experience.

Head of Finance

IPAF is seeking to appoint a charismatic, experienced, professional Head of Finance to join our Senior Management Team, as we take the organisation through an exciting period of growth.

The Head of Finance will be required to oversee and drive all financial strategies of the federation.  You will be responsible for leadership of all financial activity, including financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, financial control and corporate reporting, across multiple revenue streams and business entities. 

The role will also require you use your expertise to liaise effectively with other non-finance managers and to provide financial input to the board on strategic and commercial decisions on a regular basis. 

We are looking for a professionally qualified (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) candidate with experience at a similar level, who can demonstrate excellent communication skills, and inspire confidence at all levels within the federation.  Team fit is particularly important in this role, so a willingness to embrace change combined with a progressive attitude is vital for success. This role provides an excellent opportunity to become a key part of an industry leading organisation.
