IPAF, in association with the IAPRL (Instituto Asturiano de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales) is holding a technical seminar on the safe use of MEWPs. The event is free, but registration is required.

The Professional Development Seminar (PDS) is aimed at IPAF-certified instructors to ensure they remain up-to-date with legislation and training, but open to all IPAF members.
Bien que l’accès motorisé en hauteur reste l’une des méthodes les plus sûres pour effectuer des travaux temporaires en hauteur, les incidents liés à des défaillances mécaniques ou techniques peuvent encore entraîner des blessures graves, voire mortelles. L’IPAF souligne que bon nombre de ces incidents peuvent être évités grâce à des routines d’inspection régulières, à un entretien adéquat et au respect des procédures de sécurité.
