Are you passionate about making a difference to safety standards in the powered access industry? The International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) is seeking to appoint the best in class experienced Chief Executive / Managing Director to take the organization through an exciting period of growth.
IPAF's Chief Executive and Managing Director, your main focus will be champion safety in the powered access industry by leading and engaging IPAF staff and its members in promoting the safe and effective use of powered access worldwide. To do this you will have extensive commercial and operational awareness gained by working at a senior level in a similar market, passion for health and safety and a desire to make a positive impact on the powered access sector. The ability to work internationally and across cultures will allow you to act as a credible ambassador for IPAF in order to raise the Federation's profile and IPAF's safety towards its members and the wider public in the powered access sector.
Based in Europe, the post requires fluency in English and the knowledge of other languages would be a distinct advantage.

We are now looking for a talented and experienced Administrator to join our expanding team on a permanent basis. The post is full time, although we may consider part time.
Based in our offices in Crooklands, the successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for the smooth running of the Processing and Training Center for our members.
To be successful in the role you will have recently relevant work experience in secretarial or administrative support capacity, with a sound working knowledge of Microsoft applications, particularly Excel. Good organizational and communication skills and a willingness to multi task across the business is essential. You will be able to support and work effectively with other colleagues and provide excellent customer service to colleagues and customers where English may not be their first language.
Salary will be in the region of £ 18,000 plus benefits depending on the qualifications and experience.
Information Systems Manager
Can you evaluate user needs and system functionality, ensuring that IT facilities meet these needs? Are you able to turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions? Do you have strong communications skills and the drive and confidence to manage the relationship of IT support specialists as they work with IPAF to deliver outsourced IT projects for us?
If you can answer yes to these questions, then you may be the ideal candidate to work with us. The International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) is looking for an experienced Information Systems Manager for a new role within our expanding team. You will use your experience to implement technology improvements and co-ordinate the development of IPAF’s IT applications ensuring that IT facilities meet these needs.
To be successful in this role you will have experience with reporting packages and databases, advanced knowledge and hands on experience in delivering solutions using API as a Service and demonstrable management experience.
The successful candidate will be based in our modern offices in Cumbria, reporting to our Head of Finance & IT. We offer first class benefits and the opportunity to work in a wonderful part of the country. Due to our rural location you will need your own transport.

Reporting to the Financial Controller and based in our offices in Crooklands, the successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth running of the credit control function and supporting colleagues in the successful operation of the finance team.
The post is 22.5 hours per week and may be spread over the working week by mutual agreement. Salary will be in the region of £18,000 pa, pro-rated based on hours worked.
You will have recent relevant work experience in an accounts department preferably working with Sage 50 and an accounts related qualification at AAT level 4 or similar is desirable. More than that, we need someone who is a problem solver, demonstrates a flexible approach to working hours and job content, who works effectively in a team, thinks clearly under pressure and is willing and willing to multi-task across the business.
