Safecall service for IPAF members

The Board of IPAF is committed to maintaining the highest standards of honesty, openness and accountability and recognises that you have an important part to play in achieving this goal.

Any member with concerns over wrongdoing at IPAF, for example; Dishonesty, Corruption, Health & Safety, Security, Fraud, Unethical behaviour, Discrimination or Harassment

should report them to your Council Chair or Board Member in the first instance. Alternatively, you can utilise the services of Safecall, an independent confidential external reporting service.

Should you have concerns about anything and do not feel comfortable making them directly to a Council member you are urged to make use of the Safecall hotline facility. You are guaranteed that reports made via this service will be taken seriously at the highest level and will be and dealt with in a confidential manner.

Safecall provides a 24 hour a day, 7 days a week service. When contacting Safecall you will be put in touch with an operator who is trained to receive any report about concerns which you feel cannot be addressed in any other way. Your call will not be audio recorded and I want to assure everyone that calls received by Safecall will be treated confidentially and, should you wish, guarantee your anonymity.
