FORMAL NOTICE OF THE 28th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING This notice is to formally advise all IPAF full members of the 28th Annual General Meeting of the International Powered Access Federation which will take place at 12.00 noon at the Hotel Sheraton Roma, Viale Del Pattinaggio, 100-Rome 00144, Italy, on Thursday, 29th March, 2012. A formal Agenda for the Meeting will be sent to ALL Members at least 14 days before the Meeting and will be published on our website at IPAF Events. NOMINATIONS TO COUNCIL The under-mentioned officers offer themselves for election:- President: Wayne Lawson, JLG Industries Europe The following Council Members, retiring by rotation, offer themselves for re-election:- Karin Nars Dinolift Oy The following Council Members remain without the need to offer themselves for re-election, to serve for the second year of their two year term:- Austin Baker AFI-Uplift Ltd Further nominations are now invited from Full Member Companies who may nominate a potential Board member or a candidate for election to Council - each candidate being a duly appointed representative of a Full Member Company. Only one representative from any one Member Company may serve on Council. Please note that all Council Meetings are conducted in English. Members are reminded that nominations can only be placed before the AGM from Companies with paid up 2012 Membership subscriptions as at 29th March, 2012, and any nomination by a third party must be accompanied by the nominee’s written acceptance of his/her nomination.
