Farewell to past president

Michael Hunt, a past president of IPAF and one of the pioneers of the UK powered access industry, passed away on 15 October after a long illness.

His funeral will be held on 2 November at the North Road Crematorium, Bedford at 14:30.

His wife Carol said that friends and colleagues are most welcome to attend.

"Mike was an extremely sociable person, so he would have appreciated it if people were there," she said.

The family welcomes flowers and donations to the Marie Curie Cancer Care, having relied on care from the foundation in Mike Hunt's last years.

"Mike Hunt will be fondly remembered, among others, for his great contributions as IPAF president during its formative years," said Tim Whiteman, IPAF managing director. "We all extend our deepest condolences to his wife and family."
