IPAF promoted the ¡click-clack! campaign for harnesses on booms at the SMOPYC exhibition in Zaragoza, with 18 machines at the IPAF safety zone. There is now a network of 15 IPAF-approved training centres in Spain. Interest was high during the show and IPAF expects to have 20 operational training centres in the near future.
During the show, IPAF held a well-attended meeting of Spanish members, a stand party to celebrate its 25th anniversary, a meeting of the Spanish training working group, and a meeting of Spanish MCWP manufacturers to review IPAF's MCWP training programme.
